We do not harvest your data
RBLD Labs does not collect, aggregate, or sell your personal information to third parties. Your name, email address, and usage data exist solely to deliver the service you signed up for. We are a founder-member platform built by members for members — your data is not our product.
We do not monitor your activity
RBLD Labs is not a surveillance platform. We do not track your workout sessions, energy scores, or progress data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you inside the app. No profiling, no behavioural advertising, no third-party analytics that identify you personally.
HR managers cannot see your individual data
If your employer has provided access through a corporate wellness plan, they have no visibility into your personal progress, scores, or usage. Corporate accounts receive only aggregate, anonymised participation data — for example, how many codes have been activated. Your individual data is entirely private.
Your account belongs to you
Your RBLD account is tied to you as an individual, not to your employer. If you change jobs, your account, progress history, and programme access remain yours. You can continue independently by renewing inside the app — no employer involvement required.
What we do collect
We collect the minimum necessary to run the service: your email address (for account access and communications you opt into), usage data to power the app's tracking features, and payment information processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Request'. We will respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
